L’obiettivo indicato dall’EU di avere 80+% della popolazione alfabetizzata entro il 2030 appare del tutto irrealizzabile in Italia. As essere colpiti di più ed in modo più significativo sembra che siano gli adulti, con un deficit di competenze digitali che diventa un vero fattore di esclusione sociale e lavorativa. Ma anche per i ns ragazzi, l’istruzione formale presenta un’inerzia incredibile nell’ adottare riforme che possano emozionare e creare condizioni per un apprendimento diretto o indiretto di competenze digitali. Ci sono ricerche, conoscenze, strumenti e buone pratiche… in qualche modo, con calma, ma si farà! Adducere inconveniens non est solvere argumentum, avrebbero detto i nostri progenitori di duemila anni fa. Gl'inconvenienti ci sono ma, se vogliamo, si può cominciare ho proposto non di insegnare digitale a tutti gli studenti d'Italia ma di cominciare con 1 (una) classe, un paio di dozzine di bambini. Poi ... un passo per volta. Le mie esperienze di lavoro sono state da giurista, non so chi può raccogliere l'appello, Università, cattedra, associazione, azienda, ente, la componente tecnica è quella che mi manca e per la quale ho fatto appello a voi, se la ottengo contribuirò cercando il resto e ... spazzando in terra. Grazie ed auguri cordiali. Duccio PS ho appena incontrato due nonne con nipotini di un paio d'anni i quali già strappano i cellulari dalle mani di genitori e nonni.
