PP.AA: i "danni" indotti dalla mancata consapevolezza dello status-quo

Un amico di UniVerona mi ha appena segnalato questo articolo de "Il Post": => "I comuni stanno strapagando i loro nuovi siti finanziati dal PNRR" https://www.ilpost.it/2022/10/17/spesa-siti-internet-comuni-pnrr/ un estratto che rende l'idea è qusto: "Un buon esempio riguarda il comune di Settimo Torinese, di 45mila abitanti, che inaugurò il nuovo sito un anno fa, il 13 settembre 2021. Per la realizzazione del nuovo sito, lo spostamento dei dati dal vecchio al nuovo, la manutenzione triennale e l’attivazione di servizi come il riconoscimento via SPID e l’app IO, cioè un lavoro basato sugli stessi criteri e requisiti del bando del PNRR, furono spesi complessivamente 22.900 euro. Lo stesso comune, nonostante abbia inaugurato il nuovo portale un anno fa, ha partecipato al bando e ha ricevuto 280.932 euro." Da persona che conosce la PP.AA. (alcuni piccoli comuni sotto i 5k abitanti; un paio di comuni sotto i 60K abitanti; un comune sopra i 100K) mi ritrovo _MOLTISSIMO_ con quello che è riportato nell'articolo.
