Sono ancora calde le ceneri dei due seguaci di Darwin bruciati nell'uscita di strada di una Tesla che non ha ben capito la correlazione tra velocita' e curva (uno era seduto a passeggero anteriore, l'altro posteriore ed il posto guida era vuoto) ed il buon Musk ancora non si cura del numero di imbecilli che lo seguono come un semi-dio. Ricordiamo anche gli incidenti da svolta a sx al tramonto (i test di "learning" fatti in AZ vedevano il rientro in garage con svolta a sx al tramonto e l'intelligenza artificiale ha associato condizione di luce con svolta).. il TechnoKing della Tesla ha bisogno di un vassallo MostPrudent che gli smussi le ditina prima di tuittare idee che poi i seguaci prendono troppo alla lettera. Giovanni il documento che indichi alla fine ha come titolo "Position of the Council at first reading..." ed è appunto un documento del Consiglio della UE deliberato il 16 marzo. L'articolo di radiobruxelleslibera invece parla di un "via libera" del Parlamento Europeo in data 29 aprile. Prima domanda: "at first reading" implica che ci sarà una seconda lettura? Seconda domanda: Forse nell'articolo con Parlamento si intendeva il Consiglio? Insomma, la mia incertezza è: chi ha approvato cosa? è un'approvazione definitiva? Ma tanto ora Epstein non potrà più parlare, è stato suicidato [3]. Se penso a quanta giustizia avrebbe potuto essere fatta, anche come forma di /riabilitazione/ delle nostre società, rinconoscendo fino in fondo alle vittime tutta la loro dignità, la sofferenza e l'ingiustizia subita... Comunque, non è il caso di (ri)fare un processo puramente mediatico agli Epstein, Genovese o sistemi giudiziari e carcerari di turno, perché le questioni processuali meritano di essere trattate altrimenti... e poi c'è sempre il rischio di diventare cospirazionisti no? Piuttosto, se vogliamo cercare di ricavare un concetto generale dal caso Richard Stallman in oggetto è quello di linciaccio mediatico strumentale all'ottenimento della sua estromissione dalla vita pubblica, compreso ogni suo incarico istituzionale: la "cancel culture" per usare un'etichetta. Questo per lo meno è il giudizio che io ne sto ricavando dallo studio approfondito delle informazioni pubbliche disponibili. Il sito https://stallmansupport.org/ e in particolare la pagina https://stallmansupport.org/debunking-false-accusations-against-richard-sta… a mio giudizio forniscono ottimi elementi di indagine. Di tutte le false accuse nei confronti di Stallman da quello che mi è dato sapere le uniche a rimanere in piedi - seppur da verificare puntualmente se fosse possibile - sono quelle di molestie sessuali, e /siccome/ sono accuse serissime meriterebbero di essere affrontate seriamente, quindi /come minimo/ separatamente da tutte le altre falsità tipo le accuse di essere misogino, sessista, difensore della pedofilia, transfobico, ecc., accuse sostanzialmente basate su rappresentazioni distorte o dispute linguistico-semantiche di frasi che Stallman ha scritto, tra l'altro in alcuni casi rimodulandole nel tempo, in merito ad argomenti che nulla hanno a che fare con gli incarichi pubblici che ricopre nella FSF e che ricopriva nel MIT.
