It would be a potential avenue for a socialisation empowering public agencies and private socio-economic actors alike. --8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8--- Quindi la soluzione sarebbe la "statalizzazione" dei dati sui _comportamenti_ (behavioural data) delle persone, in forma anonimizzata [1] per carità, così che i governi possano basare le loro politiche sull'analisi di quei dati per governare meglio i propri governati attraverso algoritmi automatici sintetizzati da processi di machine learning open-source? Tipo istituzionalizzare la sorveglianza globale 24x7 e il bias cognitivo dell'AI per scopi di pubblica utilità? Ah, giusto per mettere i puntini sulle u: io sono totalmente e incondizionatamente a favore del fatto che TUTTI i dati di pubblica utilità (giusto per dirne un paio: le mappe Google Maps, i dati di traffico di Waze, gli orari dei trasporti pubblici e degli esercizi pubblici...) debbano essere considerati "public good" e in questo MOLTISSIMO ci sarebbe ancora da fare per raggiungere un livello di minima decenza informatica (tanto lavoro utile ci aspetterebbe). ...ma i dati sui comportamenti delle persone no, quello dovrebbe essere TECNICAMENTE (quindi politicamente) impossibile e pure illegale, non istituzionalizzato: tertium non datur.
