Quindi se io volessi svilupparmi la mia personalissima contact-tracing-app dovrei rinunciare... o chiedere il permesso a Apple/Google di usare le API (o altro mezzo simile) per accedere alle funzioni che incorporeranno nei loro sistemi operativi? ...e per essere sicuri che nessuno ci metta il becco ho il sospetto [1] (infondato?) che il software per tali funzioni sarà protetto da DRM, giusto per non farsi mancare nulla. Più vanno avanti a fare dichiarazioni, più non so se sorridere o nascondermi per la paura. Saluti. Giovanni. Mira Burri (University of Lucerne), Kristina Irion, Stefania Milan and Ans Kolk (University of Amsterdam) invite you to submit an article for the Special Issue of the journal Internet Policy Review on 'Governing "European values" inside data flows'.  The special issue will explore innovative governance designs and instruments which aim to identify and protect “European values” that can also adequately perform under conditions of transnational data flows.
