Buongiorno. A me risulta più semplicemente (si fa per dire) che, essendo stata la legge di ratifica dell'accordo sul brevetto adottata dal Bundestag solo alla presenza di 35 membri, essa non è valida. Nel caso infatti sarebbe stata richiesta la maggioranza di almeno due terzi del Bundestag, dato che l'accordo, conferendo la competenza esclusiva di alcune controversie a un tribunale internazionale, modifica la Costituzione tedesca.
