Di fatto si applica già ai riders e ai vari "taskers" locali (per es. Taskrabbit) -- e a tutta una serie di altri mestieri (casalinghi o nel settore dell'edilizia) che sono stati cottimizzati. Quello che manca in questa legge, è la regolazione di lavoro "non presenziale" su piattaforme, da Upwork a Etsy, a MTurk.
