non è privacy, ma di sovranità nazionale Re: dati sanitari di tutti gli italiani ad IBM ?

non è un solamente tema di privacy, ma è un tema di "sovranità nazionale" ultraemplificando: nel mondo nuovo dell'Artificial Intelligence, non contano nè le CPU nè gli algoritmi perchè sono semplici da scrivere (google e gli altri rilascia i tool opensource) ma contano i dati con cui si addestrano gli algoritmi e i risultati degli stessi.
