Tanto il Ministero tedesco quanto GNI mi sembrano inutilmente enfatici. Proposed German Legislation Threatens Free Expression Around the World

La proposta di legge tedesca ( <http://www.bmjv.de/SharedDocs/Gesetzgebungsverfahren/Dokumente/RegE_NetzDG. pdf?__blob=publicationFile&v=2)%22%20%5Ct%20%22_blank> Draft Law to Improve Law Enforcement in Social Networks ) si inserisce perfettamente nello schizofrenico dibattito sui contenuti sgraditi in rete (dallhatespeech alle fakenews). Nel dibattito gli intermediari della comunicazione, primi fra tutti i social network, sono da un lato accusati di manipolare la diffusione dellinformazione e di non esser neutrali, dallaltro sono pressati affinchè manipolino linformazione rimuovendo e filtrando a piacere contenuti sgraditi (sgraditi a chi?).
