Nel rapporto sui big data che abbiamo pubblicato da poco al MIUR ( http://hubmiur.pubblica.istruzione.it/web/ministero/cs280716bis )abbiamo citato espressamente il potenziale di utilizzare i dati derivanti dai learning environments per migliorare la didattica e, dove necessario, anticipare l'abbandono scolastico. In tutto questo, la privacy è evidentemente una questione molto rilevante - soprattutto se si considera che i ragazzi iniziano oramai a imparare online sui vari edmodo o simili fin dalla primaria (e quindi si avrebbe una profilazione spinta dai 6 ai 24 anni). La questione della riservatezza si fa ancora più rilevante, quando si pensa che gli ambienti di apprendimento online sono sempre più integrati con social, cloud e mille altre modernità. Le suggerisco di suggerire a Poste Italiane di separare l'offerta del servizio di "gestore dell'identità digitale" ai sensi dell'art. 1, comma 1, lett. l), del DPCM 24.10.2014 dall'offerta del servizio di identificazione che consente all'utente di accedere ai servizi di Poste Italiane. IMHO in futuro il Garante della Privacy potrebbe imporre (e spero imponga) di non offrire in bundling il servizio di "gestore dell'identità digitale" con altri servizi (e le connesse espressioni di consenso al trattamento dei dati personali), anche alla luce dell'art. 7, comma 4, del Regolamento 2016/679. In ogni caso, credo Poste Italiane concordi sull'opportunità di sottrarre argomenti a quanti vogliano ipotizzare che Poste Italiane fornisce il servizio pubblico "SPID" per acquisire più ampi margini d'azione nel corpo digitale dei cittadini italiani. Gent.me/mi segnalo novità sul disegno di legge in materia di cyberbullismo in approvazione alla Camera dei Deputati il prossimo 12 settembre. Buongiorno, oltre a quanto già comunicato in precedenza il server rimarrà inattivo anche domani Domenica 7 Agosto dalle ore 8 alle ore 19 per ulteriore manutenzione all'impianto elettrico del Politecnico di Torino.
