Under the proposed settlement drivers would have received an average of $56, while for mileage reimbursement alone (notwithstanding other benefits of employee status), employee status is estimated to be worth an average of $835 a driver in damages. Ho provato a ricostruire il quadro (anche grazie alle preziose indicazioni di Giuseppe) in questo articolo: http://www.mysolutionpost.it/blogs/it-law/piana/2016/04/riforma-siae-monopo…. Ieri comunque alla serata romana ho avuto conferma che anche altre persone coinvolte a pieno titolo del problema "gestione collettiva dei diritti d'autore" non avevano ben chiaro lo stato dei lavori. Questa è la cosa che mi preoccupa: il fatto che non si possa avere una reale pubblicità e trasparenza del procedimento legislativo. Anche il fatto che siano arrivati all'ultimo momento potrebbe essere una precisa strategia politica per poter ora usare strumentalmente l'argomento dell'urgenza. Un caro saluto. Private, Catholic and public schools are reducing their reliance on laptops and tablets following a damning international assessment and concerns over the impact of social media on learning. "The reality is that technology is doing more harm than good in our schools today," the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development's education chief Andreas Schleicher told world leaders at a global education forum this month. Last week, John Vallance, the principal of one of Sydney's most expensive private schools, Sydney Grammar, said that laptops were not necessary in class and that more traditional teaching methods were more effective. Un luogo profondamente e intimamente umano la cui natura meccanica ha da sempre rappresentato un aspetto imprescindibile, a partire dalla norma letteraria, fondata su regole presupposte e codici che fanno del testo poetico una scrittura diversa dalla lingua d’uso. Un percorso con una tradizione antica, quella dell'oralità, e un presente tecnologico determinante a rinsaldare un legame che si credeva estinto: quello del corpo del poeta nel corpo del testo. Così come a reinventare nuove forme e nuove tecniche di composizione, dal ritornello, alla scrittura automatica, dal cut-up fino alla Sought Poem, che sfrutta i motori di ricerca di Google.
