Caro Raffaele, comprendo e condivido il tuo disappunto. Non conosco il testo delle lettere che hai inviato, ma mi permetto di ricordarti che tu sei stato il Presidente di due Commissioni ufficiali sul tema del software a codice aperto! Il tuo disappunto dunque è duplice ed è anche quello degli altri membri, come me, che hanno partecipato con entusiasmo e fiducia ai lavori delle commissioni. Ricordo, per completezza che le due Commissioni erano state nominate in due diverse legislature (una nel 2004 e l'altra nel 2008 ). Perchè non scrivi, a nome di tutti i membri (di quelli che sono d'accordo, ovviamente) delle due Commissioni sul "Codice a Sorgente Aperto nella PA", che proprio da questo Governo tecnico ci aspettiamo che finalmente le indicazioni emerse allora siano strasformate in realta? Perchè non provi, nella tua veste di Presidente delle Commissioni, a chiedere un incontro, tecnico, per illustrare i lavori fatti allora ed attualizzare le proposte? Credo sia anche, da parte nostra, (di quelli che hanno fatto parte delle commissioni) un preciso dovere. Se abbiamo avuto (per quel poco che poteva contare, si intende) una "investitura", e se abbiamo fatto un lavoro coerente, è il momento di tirare fuori quei risultati. Mi scuso se è un po' off topic rispetto alla lista Nexa, ma so che certamente è un tema che sta a cuore dei suoi partecipanti.
