Come di consueto, prende una dozzina di argomenti, li mette nel frullatore e qualcuno, in Italia come negli USA, gli pubblica il risultato. Come si fa a commentare un articolo simile? E questo è avvenuto perché la forza delle cose ha imposto un mutamento dell' agenda politica con il referendum sull' acqua come "bene comune". Da quel momento in poi è stato tutto un succedersi di iniziative concrete e di riflessioni teoriche, che hanno portato alla scoperta di un mondo nuovoe all' estensione di quel riferimento ai casi più disparati. Si parla di beni comuni per l' acqua e per la conoscenza, per la Rai e per il teatro Valle occupato, per l' impresa,e via elencando. Nelle pagine culturali di un quotidiano campeggiava qualche mese fa un titolo perentorio: "I poeti sono un bene comune". L' inflazione non è un pericolo soltanto in economia. Si impone, quindi, un bisogno di distinzionee di chiarimento, proprio per impedire che un uso inflattivo dell' espressione la depotenzi. *Wikipedia Academy: Research and Free Knowledge.* *June 29 - July 1 2012, Berlin.* http://wikipedia-academy.de/2012/wiki/Main_Page The free online Encyclopedia Wikipedia answers questions of millions of users every day. Wikipedia's mere existence, growth, (social and technical) functioning and quality also raises an enormous number of research questions. The "Wikipedia Academy 2012: Research and Free Knowledge" provides a platform for the research community and the Wikipedia community to connect, present, discuss and advance research on Wikipedia in particular and on free knowledge in general. The Wikipedia Academy 2012 is organized by Wikimedia Deutschland e.V. in collaboration with the Alexander von Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society and Freie Universität Berlin. The conference will take place in Berlin, June 29 to July 1, 2012. The event will be open to all interested parties and features a variety of session formats, ranging from panel discussions and tracks with traditional paper presentations to break-out sessions, lightning talks, poster presentations and a science fair. The evidence suggests otherwise. I wanted to take some time to delve into the text of both of these bills, and outline their potential consequences as I am able to understand them.
