Submission deadline for the first LAPSI Award extended

Dear All, This is to inform you that the submission deadline for the first LAPSI Award will be extended to April 20th 2011 (16:00 hrs CET) The Award has received the support of Infocamere (http://www.infocamere.it/) as a result, and with the cooperation of I3P (http://www.i3p.it/) the best dissertation on legal aspects of PSI re-use will be rewarded with a prize of 1,000 Euros. Consequently, the previous March 20th deadline will be postponed to April 20th 2011. Personalmente ho aderito all'iniziativa perchè da un punto di vista strettamente giuridico (come peraltro brillantemente argomentato anche dal Centro Nexa nel suo documento di risposta alla consultazione pubblica dell'AGCOM) ritengo che l'AGCOM non possa arrogarsi poteri di intervento tout court in materia di diritto d'autore.
