As you point out, regarding the distant interception of communication, the key issue lies in the judiciary a priori authorization. However, there are other points in the LOPPSI2 proposal that raise other types of concerns, in particular the compulsory filtering of entire sites based a list that is kept secret. More generally there is a met-problem, well outlined in the Lambrinidis report in teh EP : we must get people to keep thinking even when they hear words such as paedophilia, nazi or terrorism. 232 candidati hanno già aderito alla campagna Caro candidato

A proposito di sw libero, libertà digitali e democrazia. Penso possa interessare a qualcuno in lista. m.c. ------------- COMUNICATO STAMPA 27 MAGGIO 2009 http://www.softwarelibero.it/9_giorni ========================================== 232 candidati hanno già aderito alla campagna Caro candidato ========================================== http://carocandidato.org/ A 9 giorni dalle elezioni la campagna Caro Candidato ha già raggiunto importanti risultati. L'azione di tanti attivisti del software libero ha prodotto l'adesione di 232 candidati (184 adesioni pubblicate), provenienti da partiti di tutte le aree politiche. Così i candidati che supportano il software libero "scoprono" i colleghi del proprio partito che condividono la stessa battaglia: siamo certi che ciò aiuterà a far crescere la causa del software libero. Analizzando i risultati della campagna vediamo che, al momento, la provincia più libera (cioè con il maggior numero di adesioni) è Milano, seguita da Torino e Frosinone; Bologna, Capannori e Castagneto Carducci, invece, sono i comuni più liberi. Mancano 9 giorni alle elezioni, durante i quali i candidati potranno ancora aderire alla campagna Caro Candidato.
