Il report, molto interessante, si presta a varie chiavi di lettura che ne evidenziano luci ed ombre. Consiglio di leggere i risultati "per azione". Le 101 azioni sono articolate su 7 Pillars: http://ec.europa.eu/information_society/digital-agenda/scoreboard/pillars/i… I maggiori ritardi si riscontrano nelle attività che dovrebbero andare a vantaggio della sostenibilità ambientale (Azioni 69-73) del Pillar-7: ICT-enabled benefit for the EU society<http://ec.europa.eu/information_society/digital-agenda/scoreboard/docs/over…> Ben 3 su 5 sono in forte ritardo.
