Open source Anonymous Whistleblowing Platform GlobaLeaks reaches 0.2 Alpha

Il software GlobaLeaks è pensato per facilitare l'avvio di iniziative di trasparenza in diversi ambiti tra cui PA, media, attivismo, aziende. L’Autorità per le garanzie nelle Comunicazioni si appresta ad adottare un regolamento con cui sanzionare le violazioni del diritto d’autore online, nonostante sia emersa con chiarezza, nei mesi scorsi, la fragilità dell’impianto normativo su cui l’Autorità voleva basare il proprio intervento che sfocia in un potenziale vulnus costituzionale. Una questione, che mi impedisce di firmare la petizione per altri motivi che potranno sembrare aria fritta (peraltro non credo dopo più di duecento firme si potrà cambiare il testo della petizione): mi hanno insegnato che i reati sono SOLO quelli penali. Dire «l’incompatibilità dell’intervento di una autorità amministrativa con il rango penale dei reati» implica avvicinarsi lessicalmente al riconoscimento della legittimità della persecuzione amministrativa di delitti e contravvenzioni. lo studio Sarzana non ha fatto alcun peer reviewing della petizione?
