Pienamente d’accordo co ARM e coi commenti di Diego riguardo la PA nel discorso di Draghi. I veri vantaggi dell’informatizzazioni si ottengono quando si ridisegnano i processi per renderli più semplici ed efficaci, non si riproducono pedissequamente i processi esistenti. Sono anche preoccupato che la digitalizzazione si concentri soltanto sulla connettività, magari sul 5G, che è di scarso aiuto alla digitalizzazione del paese, in cui la principale carenza sono i servizi, specialmente quelli ben fatti. Gli investimenti vanno orientati alle infrastrutture di supporto allo sviluppo ed erogazione di servizi, e alla formazione di personale in grado di farlo. Conoscenza libera e condivisione di software, dati e modelli sono alla base di questo processo di trasformazione.
