Diritto d'autore e licenze software

Ciao a tutti, sto cercando materiale di studio sul diritto d'autore (italiano ed internazionale) e le licenze software in particolare, e sono certo che i giuristi e i docenti di Nexa potrebbero condividere ottimi suggerimenti di lettura. Le fonti di studio che mi sono state suggerite fin ora sono 1. https://ifosslr.org/ 2. "Open Source Licensing: Software Freedom And Intellectual Property Law" di Lawrence Rosen 3. "Open Source for Business: A Practical Guide to Open Source Software Licensing" di Heather Meeker Ho però l'impressione si tratti di fonti fortemente orientate al common law e immagino vi sia molto da aggiungere per considerare anche il diritto continentale nei miei ragionamenti. L'obbiettivo di questo studio non è semplicemente quello di soddisfare la mia curiosità intellettuale (pur presente), ma quello ingegneristico di rifinire la Hacking License. Grazie in anticipo! International Symposium 'Future Visions for a Democratic Internet'

Cari followers della lista Nexa, allo University College di Dublino <https://www.ucd.ie/law/> stiamo organizzando una conferenza dal titolo ‘Future Visions for a Democratic Internet: Actors, Norms, Institution’ <http://www.democraticinternet.com/>. Essa avrà luogo presso la Sutherland School of Law il 27 giugno 2019. Il nostro obiettivo è quello di far incontrare studiosi interessati ad avanzare potenziali soluzioni giuridiche per accrescere il livello di democrazia nel mondo digitale. La conferenza si articolerà in due momenti. La mattinata sarà scandita da una serie di panels con presentazioni tradizionali. Nel pomeriggio stiamo organizzando una tavola rotonda ‘multi-stakeholder’ con rappresentanti della pubblica amministrazione, delle ‘tech companies’ irlandesi, associazioni non governative e studiosi con il fine di discutere due proposte concrete per migliorare la democrazia in rete. "Scandalo" che fra pochi giorni tutti faranno finta di dimenticare e fra qualche mese nessuno ricorderà davvero. Come tanti che parlano impropriamente di FOSS, l'autore confonde Free Software e Open Source: il diritto di comprendere E modificare il software è fondamentale per il software libero, ma è una seccatura per le aziende che producono open source. La politica di Google sulla AGPL è una delle tante evidenze di questo fatto. Qualcuno però dovrebbe davvero spiegare a Mozilla l'importanza di garantire questo diritto fondamentale in una macchina virtuale (quale è Firefox) che scarica da internet ed esegue ciecamente software che può essere generato al volo e customizzato per attaccare l'utente esattamente come gli Ads.
