Direi che la sentenza dimostra quanto la legislazione attuale sia inadeguata a trattare i fenomeni della tech economy. Di conseguenza Uber e Lyft non sono servizi di taxi e non necessitano di licenze. I più grandi aggregatori offrono servizi senza disporre dei mezzi: albergatoti senza alberghi, tassisti senza taxi, notiziari senza giornali, commercio senza negozi. Si tratta di parassiti che sfruttano una posizione di monopolio per imporre le loro condizioni capestro. Non mi pare di aver visto una discussione su questo in lista... non sono un giurista, quindi sicuramente non colgo qualche aspetto, ma ho l'impressione che dire che Airbnb È SOLO UN INTERMEDIARIO CHE FORNISCE INFORMAZIONI sia un semplice fermarsi alla superficie della situazione trascurandone l'impatto sociale. Il che non me lo sarei aspettato da uno stato Europeo, tanto più da un paese come la Francia... In its desire to integrate young scholars and foster collaborations with senior members, the network will host its third graduate colloquium, set to take place during the 2020 conference “Unboxing AI” in Milan, Italy. The event is co-organized by the Fondazione Feltrinelli with support from the Nexa Center for Internet and Society. Confirmed speakers include Jeremias Adams-Prassl (University of Oxford), Janine Berg (International Labour Organization), Nick Couldry (London School of Economics), Alessandro Delfanti (University of Toronto), Leopoldina Fortunati (University of Udine), Baruch Gottlieb (Berlin University of the Arts), Andrea Miconi (IULM University of Milan), and Phoebe Moore (University of Leicester). The upcoming colloquium welcomes all postgraduate students (master’s & Ph.D.) in different stages of their research who work on any topics related to computer-mediated work, platform economies, online value production, automation, robotics, and tech-enabled outsourcing.
