Ciao Giovanni e Antonio Non c'è privacy o sicurezza senza controllo fisico e amministrativo dei propri dati e delle proprie elaborazioni. Di conseguenza non ci può essere privacy o sicurezza senza cultura informatica. E non parlo di privacy o sicurezza "assoluta", ma di base. In altri termini, chi non può controllare i propri dati, non può sperare in alcuna privacy, sicurezza o libertà. Può solo illudersi di poterle affidare a terzi. Il libro, editato da un team tutto italiano e con interventi in cinque lingue compreso l'italiano, interpreta la "prima pandemia della società dei dati" dal punto di vista degli individui e delle comunità ai margini. È pubblicato dall'Institute of Network Cultures di Geert Lovink e, finche abbiamo durano le scorte, potete anche ordinare la vostra copia cartacea gratuitamente. Il prossimo ministro per la Pubblica Amministrazione

Qualche mese fa, l'ormai ex (a meno che non venga riconfermata) ministra per la Pubblica Amministrazione spiegava come "rendere più moderni gli uffici pubblici" [1]. "La prima questione irrisolta e mai affrontata dalla politica era l'interconnessione delle banche dati delle pubbliche amministrazioni: perché chi se ne è occupato non ha portato a compimento il progetto? .. significa avere database aggiornati, documenti digitalizzati e pubbliche amministrazioni che dialogano in autonomia fra loro. Questo significa rivedere il modo di lavorare, re-ingegnerizzare i processi amministrativi, adattarli ai portali web, dire addio al pdf da stampare e firmare" Orbene, dato che la prima questione è l'interconnessione delle banche dati, io proporrei al presidente del consiglio incaricato di scegliere, quale ministro della Pubblica Amministrazione, un informatico, possibilmente specializzato in database e reti. Buonasera, pare abbiano trovato il sistema per dare il reddito universale a tutti: usare la blockchain e le cryptovalute! Executive SUBMARINE: 1. reddito universale di base globalizzato semi-mondiale, tranne a US e altre sgradite personas [1] 2. di chissà quanti GD$/mese (dipende da bla bla) 3. "minati" su blockchain Fuse.io (side-chain di Ethereum) sulla base di una "minting logic" legata agli interessi guadagnati su altre cryptovalute 4. per tutti quelli che scaricano l'app, si fanno fare il riconoscimento facciale accettando la privacy policy [2], vale a dire accettano di farsi riconoscere faccialmente da ZoOm Software Services developed by FaceTec, Inc., nel Delaware USA. 5. accettano i termini d'uso del servizio e successive modifiche pena la **perdita dei token** [3], incluso il location tracking 6. fanno gentile richiesta di essere messi IN CODA per ricevere la loro quota da poter comodamente spendere... 7. ... nel gruppo Facebook “GoodDollar Marketplace” [4], gruppi simili della Community o scambiarli con altri fortunati iscritti alla piattaforma Proprio una genialata, come non averci pensato prima?!? Nevada bill would allow tech companies to create governments

Democratic Gov. Steve Sisolak announced a plan to launch so-called Innovation Zones in Nevada to jumpstart the state’s economy by attracting technology firms, Las Vegas Review-Journal reported Wednesday. The zones would permit companies with large areas of land to form governments carrying the same authority as counties, including the ability to impose taxes, form school districts and courts and provide government services. The measure to further economic development with the “alternative form of local government” has not yet been introduced in the Legislature. [...] The Governor’s Office of Economic Development would oversee applications for the zones, which would be limited to companies working in specific business areas including blockchain, autonomous technology, the Internet of Things, robotics, artificial intelligence, wireless, biometrics and renewable resource technology. Zone requirements would include applicants owning at least 78 square miles (202 square kilometers) of undeveloped, uninhabited land within a single county but separate from any city, town or tax increment area. Companies would have at least $250 million and plans to invest an additional $1 billion in their zones over 10 years. The zones would initially operate with the oversight of their location counties, but would eventually take over county duties and become independent governmental bodies.
