Una volta tornati nuovamente ad una lingua comune, passare dal codice alfabetico a quello digitale potrebbe più vantaggi che svantaggi ... ma prima impariamola e liberiamola dalle catene GAFAM. Due domande, e mie risposte, in relazione a tutti gl'interventi del numero 36. - - - 1- In sostanza, di fatto chi comanda: la legge tradizionale oppure "il digitale"? Mia risposta: di fatto, in sostanza comanda "il digitale", in ogni paese ed anche se "straniero". 2- Un giurista, un giudice sa valutare "il digitale"? Mia risposta: quasi mai, e non basta l'aiuto di un consulente tecnico. Conferma quanto sopra il messaggio di Maurizio Lana, anche se con oggetto diverso risponde alle domande: "il digitale" tanto comanda che neppure risponde, incurante delle leggi. Cordialmente. Questo conferma la mia convinzione che "il digitale" è il nuovo alfabeto: va insegnato, più o meno cominciando dall'età in cui si insegna l'alfabeto tradizionale ( and increasingly so for children). Questa convinzione non contrasta con quanto scritto da Maurizio e Giacomo, cioè è ben saper attrarre l'attenzione degli studenti, è bene non distrarli, ma il problema dello smartphone è insegnare ad usarlo ed evitare di esserne usati, vale per il digitale tutto intero.
