Damnatio Mamoriae Digitale: c'è bisogno di normare una redenzione digitale?

Una riflessione con voi, se le la consentite... Come forse qualcuno di voi fa, complice una scommessa (persa) da un anno a questa parto pubblico un video al giorno sui temi del Digitale. Il video di qualche giorno fa parlava della Gogna mediatica e la discussione che si è generata mi spinge a cercare il confronto. Se vi interessa la versione "video" di questa mail la trovate nel video di oggi: https://youtu.be/umOttXIJkFE Se la Damnatio Memoriae storica era la condanna a "sparire" dalla storia, ieri parlavo della Damnatio Memoriae Digitale, la condanna moderna "ad essere ricordati", ad imperitura memoria, per qualcosa abbia fatto. La rete non dimentica e non può dimenticare. No, non parlo di "oblio" come un generico approccio, ma di un approccio strutturato alla notorietà di una pena ed al processo di riabilitazione, che senza una controparte digitale non può avere alcun senso in un mondo interconnesso e basato sulla "ricerca online". La Damnatio Memoriae digitale è una condanna perpetua ed eterna che, forse, merita una riflessione: dovrebbe in qualche modo essere commisurata alla gravità del reato? Dovrebbe essere in qualche modo normata? Se è possibile, per legge, riabilitare un cittadino che ha scontato la sua pena (addirittura riconsegnando in alcuni casi una fedina penale intonsa), allora non è necessario normare una "redenzione digitale"? Amici guristi, vi va di ragionarne un po' con me su questo argomento che mi frulla in testa da più di un anno? Quali limiti? Quali applicazioni? Cosa ne pensa il diritto "tradizionale"? Ogni commento è, come sempre, bene accetto e spero interessi qualcuno di voi tanto quanto interessa me. Personalmente credo che come società potremmo organizzare un convegno verso fine anno. Fra questi, vi sono il data warehousing, la business intelligence, la gestione delle relazioni con i clienti e la gestione della catena di distribuzione. Uno studio aziendale ha stimato che il costo totale per l’economia degli Stati Uniti legata ai problemi di qualità dati superi i 600 miliardi di dollari l’anno (Eckerson, 2002). Tell Me Quality è uno strumento che ha l’obbiettivo di misurare la qualità di file contenenti dati secondo gli standard ISO/IEC 25024 e ISO/IEC 25012. *Il risultato di queste misurazioni viene rappresentato con delle visualizzazioni quantitative studiate appositamente per questo tipo di software*. Il design del progetto è iniziato con Alessio Melandri, un fellow del Centro Nexa su Internet e Società. Sarah T. Roberts said she doesn’t understand why she was on the list. Sure, she told The Chronicle, she was a Google fellow in 2009, but that meant a $7,000 award to cover her expenses during a 10-week stint working in Washington, D.C., for the American Library Association. Why that 2009 fellowship would be relevant to a 2015 paper on information privacy — in which Ms. Roberts, an assistant professor of information studies at the University of California at Los Angeles, was listed as the fourth author — is not clear to her. More important, she said, she didn’t receive any money from the technology giant in connection to that paper. And if the advocacy group’s concern was that she had benefited from Google in the past, that information is on her curriculum vitae.
