Data Retention a 6 anni infilato in emendamento su sicurezza ascensori

Ciao a tutti, è stato votato un emendamento a una normativa sulla sicurezza degli ascensori in cui viene infilata la data retention di 6 anni per dati telefonici e dati telematici. http://www.camera.it/leg17/410?idSeduta=0837&tipo=documenti_seduta&pag= E' in se un atto grave, che ora andrà al Senato in votazione, potenzialmente passando inosservato come "sicurezza degli ascensori" ma che avrebbe un drammatico impatto sui diritti civili di tutti gli italiani nonché comportare obblighi onerosi per operatori telefonici e di telecomunicazioni. E' importante che sia noto quanto sta accadendo e che su tutti i fronti giuridici, economici, industriali, attivistici, istituzionali e polici si informi il Senato di quanto sta accadendo. ART. 12-/bis. (Disposizioni per l'integrale attuazione della direttiva 2014/33/UE relativa agli ascensori e ai componenti di sicurezza degli ascensori nonché per l'esercizio degli ascensori)./ /Dopo l'articolo 12-/bis, /aggiungere il seguente:/ Art. 12-/ter. – (Termini di conservazione dei dati di traffico telefonico e telematico). –/ 1. In attuazione dell'articolo 20 della direttiva (UE) 2017/514 del Parlamento europeo e del Consiglio del 15 marzo 2017 sulla lotta contro il terrorismo e che sostituisce la decisione quadro 2002/475/GAI del Consiglio, al fine di garantire strumenti di indagine efficaci tenuto conto delle straordinarie esigenze di contrasto al fenomeno del terrorismo, anche internazionale, per le finalità di accertamento e repressione dei reati di cui agli articoli 51, comma 3-/quater/, e 407, comma 2, lettera /a)/, del codice di procedura penale il termine di conservazione dei dati di traffico telefonico e telematico, nonché dei dati relativi alle chiamate senza risposta, di cui all'articolo 4-/bis/, commi 1 e 2, del decreto-legge 18 febbraio 2015, n. 7, convertito, con modificazioni, dalla legge 17 aprile 2015, n. 43, è stabilito, in deroga a quanto previsto dall'articolo 132, commi 1 e 1-/bis/, del decreto legislativo 30 giugno 2003, n. 196, in settantadue mesi. *12-/bis/. 020.* Verini, Berretta, Mucci. /Dopo l'articolo 12-/bis, /aggiungere il seguente:/ Art. 12-/ter. – (Termini di conservazione dei dati di traffico telefonico e telematico). –/ 1. Il Consiglio di Stato francese, su sollecitazione del Rapporteur Publique (https://www.strategies.fr/actualites/medias/1068074W/droit-a-l-oubli-le-con seil-d-etat-recommande-une-consultation-de-la-cjue.html), ha sollevato avanti la Corte europea di Giustizia una questione pregiudiziale circa l'applicazione del diritto all'oblio (rectius, la de-indicizzazione dai motori di ricerca), con particolare riferimento ai profili del global takedown e del geo-blocking.
