Nello specifico, è stata effettuata una valutazione preliminare dell'impatto sulla tutela dei dati (PIA, secondo una dizione tradizionale) del sistema (https://ecp.nl/events//4628/privacy-impact-assessment-idensys.html ). Quali sono i diritti dei fotografi in Italia?

Negli USA i diritti dei fotografi anche dilettanti, ergo chiunque con un telefono oggi, sono ampi e ben documentati. http://www.krages.com/phoright.htm Quali sono i diritti dei fotografi in Italia? In particolare nei confronti della polizia o altre forze dell'ordine? Quali possono essere le richieste di queste di non essere fotografati? Possono richiedere lo sblocco del telefono e la cancellazione delle fotografie? Possono rifiutarsi di identificarsi a loro volta (dato che hanno il diritto di chiedere al privato di identificarsi) e non fornire il proprio nome? Domande generali che penso abbiano interesse per la lista e applicazione quotidiana ampia. Derivano da un'esperienza diretta di oggi che al momento non dettaglio (tutto ok, dopo un confronto moderatamente animato :) ). Il libro é il risultato di tre anni di lavori che ho avuto il piacere di coordinare nell’ambito dell’IGF Dynamic Coalition on Network Neutrality (DCNN) ed é pubblicato da Springer. Contiene contributi i.a. di Vint Cerf (VP di Google e 'padre di Internet'), Louis Pouzin (inventore del datagramma), Chris Marsden (Sussex University), Leonidas Kanellos (former Chair of BEREC), J. Scott Marcus e René Arnold (WIK Consult), Frode Sorensen (Nkom), Francesca Musiani (Sorbonne), Joe McNamee (EDRi), Primavera de Filippi (Berkman Center) e Félix Tréguer (La Quadrature du Net), e molti altri. In allegato, la terza parte del NNC, che include il rapporto annuale della DCNN, presentato all’IGF 2015.
