E' vero che le firme tendono a concentrarsi negli ultimi 2 giorni, ma qui siamo a livelli stranamente bassi. http://www.laquadrature.net/wiki/Written_Declaration_12/2010_signatories_li… Avremmo bisogno di sapere, se volete comunicarlo naturalmente, quante persone / associazioni di Frontiere Digitali hanno aderito a questa campagna (ho visto che c'è molta ottima attività intorno al DDL intercettazioni, che, per quanto concerne Internet e il suo ex art. 28, è come un bicchiere di acqua liscia rispetto all'alcool puro se paragonato ad ACTA) e quante telefonate agli europarlamentari sono state effettuate, anche perché abbiamo la sensazione, che non fa bene al morale, di essere soli in questa campagna. Vi ricordo che non è ancora troppo tardi, domani è possibile chiamare i propri europarlamentari italiani a Strasburgo (importante, NON a Bruxelles), trovate nell'articolo linkato tutti i numeri telefonici e gli argomenti tecnici e politici per indurre a firmare la dichiarazione. Mancano solo 145 firme (ne sono state raccolte 224 e la maggioranza assoluta, per far trasformare la dichiarazione nella posizione ufficiale del Parlamento, è 369) e ripeto, si tratta di un'occasione che potrebbe non ripetersi più vista l'intenzione di ratificare ACTA subito dopo il meeting in Svizzera fra poche settimane (quindi entro la fine dell'anno). Scusate se sottolineo ancora l'importanza di opporsi ad ACTA, ma la situazione appare abbastanza seria al momento, i giochi si stanno compiendo. Una telefonata di 5 minuti può fare la differenza. The short-term implications examined concern direct costs and benefits to society, whereas the long-term impact concerns changes in the industry's business models as well as in cultural diversity and the accessibility of content. It observes that the proliferation of digital distribution networks combined with the availability of digital technology among consumers has broken the entertainment industries' control over the access to their products. Only part of the decline in music sales can be attributed to file sharing. *Despite the losses for the music industry, the increased accessibillity of culture renders the overall welfare effects of file sharing robustly positive. * As a consequence the entertainment industries, particularly the music industry, have to explore new models to sustain their business. Ma pure requisitoria "liberale", avverso *legislazioni* che questa patologia tollerano, supportano, e pure risolvono [perche' sempre li' si va' a parare] un intreccio perverso fra politica ed economia. --- Anche nel diverso approccio della "liberazione dei rapporti di produzione" questa lezione einaudiana avrebbe dovuto destare echi e corrispondenze : ma cio' non avvenne. Marco, a mio avviso il "debito" originario della sinistra italiana [come in fondo di tutto il sistema politico italiano] del secondo dopoguerra in tema di economia~politica [per quanto riguarda questa lista: in tema TLC]; non origina da tolleranza verso sedimenti luddisti [il "computer del capitale" ...]; non origina da una "opzione debenedettiana" tenace da lustri; non origina dall' aver "lasciato solo" Olivetti 50 anni fa'. Origina dall' aver "lasciato solo" Einaudi. Il 13 maggio 1947, proprio mentre ci si giocava la Costituzione. Per la sinistra, non esiste per tutto cio' neppure una qualche giustificazione teorica : la piu' "ortodossa" irrevocabile esemplare metafora antimonopolitica del secondo dopoguerra fu vergata proprio da uno dei piu' eminenti *antagonisti* della arena globale.
