Buongiorno a tutti (English version follows), é con piacere che invito tutti gli amici di Nexa a prendere parte a una discussione pubblica da me aperta sulla piattaforma della Agenda Digitale europea, all'indirizzo http://daa.ec.europa.eu/content/magic-square-%E2%80%93-towards-%E2%80%9Cint… La discussione riguarda il ruolo di una strategia di comunicazione aperta in materia di standards nelle TIC: quale puo' essere la strategia più idonea per attirare attenzione intorno a un tema cosi' complesso eppure da risvolti estremamente influenti sulla vita di ognuno di noi? 07.06.2012 Un'occasione sprecata JUAN CARLOS DE MARTIN Ieri con l'elezione dei nuovi membri dell'Agcom e del Garante per la privacy i partiti hanno perso un'occasione perfetta per dimostrare agli italiani di aver capito. Sarebbe in teoria stato facile per loro, infatti, dare un segnale forte in merito all'insofferenza ormai bruciante che molti cittadini provano verso partiti, come quelli italiani, che lottizzano tutto il lottizzabile. Sarebbe bastato che avessero rinunciato alla solita spartizione concordata tra i capi di partito per dare invece piena autonomia al Parlamento. Muovendosi con qualche mese di anticipo (l'appuntamento era in calendario dal lontano 2005), avrebbero potuto istituire una procedura che prevedesse tempi certi per la raccolta di candidature.
