Ovviamente l'Italia fa eccezione Roma - La metafora adatta è semplice e alla portata di tutti ed è strano che il Presidente di Agcom Angelo Marcello Cardani non la capisca. Ed è la metafora della piazza come luogo e dei cittadini che la frequentano come soggetti delle relazioni sociali. Senza alcun commento sottopongo in lista una istanza di processo stocastico, senza alcuna ipotesi di correlazione con quasivoglia distribuzione. Un esempio totalmente a caso. Emerge chiaramente una carenza di allineamento sulle informazioni e una difficile convergenza di un sistema decisionale piatto che esplode essendo npcomplesso. Considerando il fatto che negli ultimi dieci anni vi deve essere stata una considerevole evoluzione e maturazione delle piattaforme per il dibattimento e votazione distribuita, credo che sarebbe utile inserire nella agenda digitale un capitolo specifico. Buongiorno, si segnala che, a causa di un aggiornamento dei sistemi di sicurezza perimetrale posti a protezione della rete informatica del Politecnico, fra le 18:30 e le 20:30 di mercoledì 13 febbraio, potrebbero verificarsi delle brevi interruzioni nei servizi internet forniti dal centro Nexa. Queste brevi interruzioni potrebbero riguardare anche lo streaming del Mercoledì di Nexa.
