Da chi sono gestiti i siti dei comuni d'Italia? (Nomi, server, etc)

Salve a tutti. Ho da poco concluso un'analisi dei siti dei comuni d'Italia e, prima di pubblicarne i risultati, vorrei cercare di capire chi ha la responsabilità sugli stessi. Mi spiego meglio: Il 90% dei siti hanno un pattern comune,ossia www.nomedelcomune.provincia.it . Ho supposto fosse una direttiva del governo, ma non riesco in nessun modo a trovarla. Sapete se esiste e dove potrei cercare? Per quanto riguarda i server, la gestione degli stessi è indipendente in ogni comune o ricade sulla provincia? Anche qui suppongo che ci siano direttive e/o regolamenti. È possibile trovare anch'essi? Vi ringrazio per le eventuali risposte. -- Mr. Touch Amministratore di www.hacktips.it

One example from a user named emilg: I installed dropbox earlier tonight and I allowed it to do a full sync with my local folder. When I checked it out as it was close to finishing I found 2 extra folders in there. They are so old I initially didn?t even recognize them. Took me a couple of minutes to realize they?re a couple of folders with project files from about 6-7 years ago, so extremely old. I checked the event viewer and it tells me that I added those 2 folders 47 minutes ago ( about the time when I started dropbox after I installed it ). Has this happened to anyone else ? I assume there?s nothing to worry about but the whole thing just seemed somewhat surreal initially to be honest. In most cases we saw users discovered files they deleted around 2010 ? 2011, but some go back even to 2009. This is strangely at odds with Dropbox retention policy: By default, Dropbox saves deleted and previous versions of files for 30 days in case you want to recover them. After the 30-day mark, the deleted files are marked for deletion in our system and are purged from our servers. They can no longer be recovered after that point. The only exception mentioned on Dropbox help pages are Business and Pro accounts. About 24 hours after the first cases were reported online, Dropbox presented this explanation: A bug was preventing some files and folders from being fully deleted off of our servers, even after users had deleted them from their Dropbox accounts. While fixing the bug, we inadvertently restored the impacted files and folders to those users? accounts. This was our mistake; it wasn?t due to a third party and you weren?t hacked. Well, this does not look good. If we get this right, it took Dropbox about 7 years to realise some files are not deleted properly. Looking at the number of users complaining about the bug online, this was not a very limited case. Looks like users have the reason to be angry. Segnalo il Progetto "Copyright for Education <http://www.communia-association.org/c4ed/>” portato avanti da Communia. Dal sito: The aim of COMMUNIA’s project Copyright for Education is twofold. First, we will continue legal research on educational exceptions and limitations, based on the research done by Teresa Nobre. With the aim of providing reliable evidence to COMMUNIA and other stakeholders that wish to engage in discussions concerning the European Commission plans to make legislative proposals on the EU exception for “illustration for teaching”. This legal research will map the fragmented landscape of copyright rules in Europe. This enables us to see how copyright restricts teachers in doing what they do best. Secondly, we will conduct research on modern educational practices with relation to copyright. The digital era has created many opportunities for teachers to teach their students in new and engaging ways. This is readily apparent in popular culture’s treatment of the future over the past 50 years. Several recurring themes of these fictional projections have become contemporary concerns in 2017: the specter of artificial intelligence, the rise of robots, virtual worlds, and the existential question of self in an increasingly distributed and fragmented reality. All of which points to an increasingly technological mediation of both *reality and identity, raising the larger question of how we are managing these changes culturally*. Are we teaching people to interrogate the way news is presented on social media? Are we teaching students to understand the basic infrastructure of the internet? Are we beginning to examine the ever-changing fault lines of the reality that is framed for us on the web? *This talk will examine one small project called Domain of One’s Own* happening at various universities and colleges in North America, Great Britain, and Australia that empowers faculty, students, and staff to both *manage and control their online digital presence through an integrated online domain*. An initiative that frames education as fundamental to preparing an entire generation for the shifting notions of identity and reality that that will everywhere shape our connected future. BIOGRAFIE - e informazioni supplementari [GROOM] JIM GROOM is the co-founder of Reclaim Hosting, an independent web hosting company focused on the higher education community. Previously he was the Executive Director of the Division of Teaching and Learning Technologies and adjunct professor at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia. He has been part of a number of exciting projects at the University of Mary Washington. In 2006 he started the web-based educational publishing platform ELS Blogs for the English Linguistics and Speech department at UMW. This pilot project led to the development of UMW Blogs in 2007 which has since become an enterprise level academic publishing platform. In 2008 the madness that was EDUPUNK was attributed to a series of posts he wrote on his personal blog. In 2010 he re-imagined the Computer Science 106 course on Digital Storytelling at UMW as an open, online community referred to as ds106—an experiment in teaching and learning on the web that is still going strong and has been celebrated internationally as a compelling community-based approach to online learning. I get that the easy way to think and talk about those Americans is to call them racists, or sexists or idiots. No doubt there are some who are those (as there are some on the other side who are each of those things too). But it is neither true nor helpful to simplify this story into good versus evil. The citizens who elected Trump are not evil. And if America is going to survive this crisis, we need to convince them first that their President should not be President. We need to show them that their own values are consistent with ours, in this respect at least. That won’t happen with hysterics. It won’t happen with violence. It won’t happen by behaving just as badly as Donald Trump is behaving. It will only happen if the opposition is, and seems, better than Trump. That is, if it inspires in all Americans—and especially a large swath of the supporters of Trump—a recognition of the ideals that we all know we are to embrace: the Constitution, the rule of law, and government officials who know their place within that system. «Entro l’anno renderemo pubblici i nostri dati definitivi sui rischi del telefonino. Nei nostri studi c’è la conferma della pericolosità dei campi elettrici». L’annuncio, al Forum di esperti organizzato dal Ministero della Salute di Israele, è di quelli destinati a riaprire un argomento di salute pubblica controverso e dibattuto: i cellulari possono essere cancerogeni? Tanto più che a rilasciare la dichiarazione è la biologa Fiorella Belpoggi, direttrice dell’Area Ricerca del Centro di Ricerca sul Cancro Cesare Maltoni, che fa parte dell’autorevole Istituto Ramazzini di Bologna.
