The Netzpolitik.org affair - Ongoing investigations against German journalists

New research paper "Internet censorship in Turkey"

Dear Jacques de Werra, I won’t be in Geneva until later, but just a heads up to all that I attended a symposium with a similar theme, organised by Monroe Price and Hernan Galperin in Buenos Aires: http://quello.msu.edu/event/internet-policy-in-latin-america-assessing-bord… The idea arose of putting together a special journal issue around Internet governance issues for a journal such as iCS that addessed these jurisdictional concerns and how to progress governance processes.
