Cari tutti, La notizia (che non ho trovato da altre fonti, posto che tutte richiamano defensenews) mi lascia molto perplesso, non tanto sotto il profilo giuridico, ma su quello operativo. Dal lato della normativa, nulla quaestio perché i droni militari e delle forze di polizia sono sottratti all'applicazione del regolamento ENAC (sto sintetizzando, ma questo è il contenuto del combinato disposto dell'art. 2 del Regolamento e degli artt. 744 ss del codice della navigazione), e quindi mi pare non puntuale il richiamo alle "drone-friendly laws". Dal lato tecnico operativo, non capisco come si possa fare efficace monitoraggio per le manifestazioni calcistiche (o manifestazioni in genere) con un "mostro" come il Reaper, pesante oltre due tonnellate a vuoto, con una quota di servizio di 7500 m, e una velocità di crociera di circa 300 kmh (http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_Atomics_MQ-9_Reaper), peraltro già in dotazione all'Aeronautica militare italiana, dal momento che 1) è ad ala fissa 2) è decisamente pesante, e 3) ha costi di utlizzo assai rilevanti.
