Si puo' rispondere sia come cittadino, sia come organizzazione (previa registrazione) sia come autorita' pubblica. Non c'e' un template. Non mi risulta facile capire le universita' in quale categoria ricadano: forse in nessuna? Ho infatti guardato la registrazione come organizzazione e mi sembra che sia piu' per lobby che per fornire pareri pro veritate. O siamo forse un'autorita' pubblica (public authority)? Si puo' rispondere sia come cittadino, sia come organizzazione (previa registrazione) sia come autorita' pubblica.
Non c'e' un template.
