This email is to inform you that the conference on The Digital State | L’État Digital, will take place next week, from Monday 22 to Thursday 25 March, entirely online. The conference is jointly organised by the Center for Technology and Society of FGV Law School and the Center for Comparative Public Law of Paris 2 University, Panthéon-Assas. We will explore an ample range of topics, including the use of algorithmic and AI tools to automatise public services, digital identity initiatives, cybersecurity strategies, and digital sovereignty and data protection frameworks. Paper presentations will be in French (for Francophone authors) or English (for Anglophone authors) and final versions of the presented papers will be included in a volume to be published by the end of 2021.
