Magari, perchè no, anche dalla Commissione Europea :-) Penso che questo testo, al di là della critica all'approccio Hadopi, abbia un altissimo valore morale (in particolare dovuto alla figura di Frank La Rue) e politico (riportando il diritto all'accesso alla Rete come centrale nel dibattito).
