Internet, Society & Socratic Truth Università degli Studi di Torino Campus Luigi Einaudi - Sala lauree rossa Lungo Dora Sienza 100/A - Torino This course will be taught by *Charles and Fern Nesson* of the *Harvard Law School* and will begin online on June 1 and culminate in three f2f meetings June 11, 12 and 15. *The focus of the course is veritas, the jury, and the future of truth in cyberspace*. The program is modeled on the Nessons' original Harvard Law School course (available at http://canvas.harvard.edu/courses/2290), where it is described as “a call to reclaim the deliberative process as a means of generating social change.” In this course, you will explore the concept of the American jury in both theory and practice. You will engage as co-learners in small-group deliberations, real and virtual. You will gain hands-on live jury experience of persuading and being persuaded. You will learn about yourself and your jury in relation to others.
