Dear Friends, I am pleased to share information on the seminar discussing "*Internet policy in Latin America: Between borderless governance and national initiatives*" to be held in *Buenos Aires* on *24 April*, organized by the Centro de Tecnología y Sociedad at Universidad de San Andrés, and the Center for Global Communication Studies at University of Pennsylvania, within the series of regional meetings of the Global Network of Internet & Society Research Centers (NoC). The seminar looks at the challenges for *addressing Internet governance with national policy* instruments and institutions, with particular reference to Latin America.
