Dear Friends,
I am pleased to share information on the seminar discussing "Internet
policy in Latin America: Between borderless governance and
national initiatives"

the Centro de Tecnología y Sociedad at Universidad de San Andrés,
and the Center for Global Communication Studies at University of
Pennsylvania,
within the series of regional meetings of the Global Network of
Internet & Society Research Centers (NoC).
Please see the full program, and all practical details, at http://networkofcenters.net/event/2015/internet-policy-latin-america.
The seminar looks at the challenges for addressing Internet

with particular reference to Latin America.
It will encompass panel discussions on "National and regional
Internet Policy and governance initiatives: regulatory and
institutional dimensions",
