Dearest Colleagues,
The Berkman Klein Center at Harvard University <https://cyber.harvard.edu> (BKC) in collaboration with metaLAB (at) Harvard<https://mlml.io>, and the Edgelands Institute<https://www.edgelands.institute> is organizing a fall 2022 Digital Identity in Times of Crisis Research Sprint.
The call for participation is currently open <https://docs.google.com/document/d/15f3XscYglE9jxADauFNKf5voCMRg78NMAHeFlGQ…> and we would love for your students and recent graduates to apply. We seek applicants who are interested in the ethical, human rights, and societal impacts of digital identity in times of crisis. We are particularly interested in applicants whose background includes work on data visualization, speculative practices, or policy efforts. Applications are due on Monday, September 5, 2022 at 5:00 pm EDT.
The program includes many of our Network of Centers colleagues already and if you have the capacity and interest to contribute, we would welcome that. Similarly, if you have any comments, suggestions, or interest in this sprint or future educational programs in collaboration across the NoC, please reach out!
Best,
Lis Sylvan
