tutti gli operatori sanno che le pressanti richieste agli OTT sono rubbish. (l'ha detto anche patuano a riva del garda) il nocciolo sono le asimmetrie regolamentari. in estrema sintesi i servizi stanno andando over the top, agli operatori e' impedito fare altrettanto. la risposta alla domanda che poni la trovi qui http://bit.ly/cXKe6d alla 5a immagine (suggerisco di leggere, anche) e capirai che l'argomento non rileva cio' detto anche questo studio e' rubbish i numeri sono molto diversi sul fisso il problema e' passare alla fibra (poi diventano verosimili) suggerisco di rileggersi questo http://bit.ly/qjJbAo in particolare sulle dimensioni della rete italiana sul wireless gli operatori stanno in piedi solo perche' la gente non usa tutti i GB promessi nelle offerte e perchè sussidiato dalla voce. ciao, s.
