We the undersigned civil society organisations ... la cosa è vincolante, quindi chi non è un'organizzazione non può scrivere? parrebbe di sì, perché in più punti introduttivi si parla di organizzazioni, e di possibilità di modifiche solo alle parti opzionali Maurizio
