Ultime iniziative concernenti ACTA
...con una raccolta delle migliori frasi dei MEP durante l'interrogazione orale al Commissario De Gucht nella plenaria di stasera. http://blog.tntvillage.scambioetico.org/?p=5584 Ciao, Paolo
There are 2 other on-going initiatives: - An oral resolution has been tabled by all groups and will be adopted today with a probably large majority. It is mostly focused on the prerogatives of the Parliament and the need for it getting transparent information. However some of the wording is firm (threatens to go to the Court of Justice if the prerogatives of the parliament are not respected for instance) - A written declaration (a more solemn position of the EP) written by 4 MEPs (Françoise Castex S&D-F, Zuzana Roithová PPE-CZ, Alexander Alvaro ALDE-DE, Stavros Lambrinidis, S&D-GR) is presently open for the collection of signatures that adresses not only transparency for the Parliament but transparency for the public and also the dubious contents of the negotiation. See: http://www.laquadrature.net/en/start-collecting-signatures-on-acta-declarati... At this stage, getting a majority of MEPs to sign the written declaration is the key action. Note that they must sign in person in the EP. See the campaign page of La Quadrature : http://www.laquadrature.net/wiki/Help_sign_the_Written_Declaration_12/2010_a... Hello Philippe, yes, that's exactly what I was talking about in the article, in addition to the oral questions of yesterday evening (during which, as expected, De Gucht said nothing substantial). Also, we have finished the italian page of LQDN campaign on the wiki, and linked from ScambioEtico blog (so let's hope that italian MEPs will sign soon). Paolo
Sorry for having missed your message's contents ... but hopefully, redundancy can't hurt in such an important matter. Philippe Le mercredi 10 mars 2010, Paolo Brini a écrit :
