Molto interessante. Bisognerebbe, come sempre, approfondire i dati; ad esempio capire cosa hanno calcolato come acquisto (se un'auto o una casa entrano nel conteggio, è chiaro che la bassa percentuale degli acquisti on-line è influenzata da beni di alto valore, il cui acquisto raramente viene finalizzato on-line) oppure occorrerebbe divedere per categorie: un libro o un oggetto elettronico si comprano più facilmente on-line, altri oggetti, come le scarpe, si ha piacere di vederli e provarli, per cui l'impatto dell'e-commerce è sicuramente diverso a seconda della classe merceologica. Però è importante rendersi conto, anche per scelte di carattere politico, che liquidare una crisi con la crescita di Internet è decisamente superficiale. Buona ettimana a tutti. Diego, li calcolano su base ricavi. Devo ammettere che il titolo mi lasciava perplesso, ed invece tutto sommato qualche spunto di riflessione c'è.
