Qui il diritto d'autore non c'entra. Il giudice ha applicato il diritto di riproduzione dei beni culturali di cui all'art. 108 del D. Lgs. 42/2004. Il diritto in questione si applica solo ai beni culturali in custodia al MiBACT, alle regioni e agli altri enti pubblici territoriali. Il diritto gode di importanti eccezioni previste al comma 3-bis dello stesso articolo (ampliate con la recente L. 124/2017). m.c.
