Dear colleagues, My colleague, Prof. Nicola Lugaresi told me that I may write to you if I have a question. I would like to compare the conducting of online undercover investigations in the European Member States. It is very difficult to obtain basic source materials for Italy. Could you please send me the bill on hacking as an undercover investigative method? Which are the substantive conditions for such a warrant? Is there mutual assistance provisions concerning the data transfer or other specific provisions? For example, is there a possibility for direct Cooperation with Foreign Service Providers?
