Di seguito trovate l'annuncio ufficiale: The LINAS Doctoral Training Programme is looking for applications for 2022-23 entry. The Leverhulme Interdisciplinary Network for Algorithmic Solutions is a truly cross-disciplinary DTP, managed by a team from the faculties of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, Computer Science, and Maths and Physics. The DTP aims to train the next generation of interdisciplinary doctoral researchers in addressing the implications of technological change, whether through artificial intelligence, big data, automated technologies or elsewhere. Each researcher is supervised by an interdisciplinary team and has access to both specialised and cross-disciplinary training LINAS at its heart brings a community of scholars together in a supportive and encouraging environment where new conversations and possibilities can open up. We address the challenges that emerge from 'enigmatic technologies,' whether for example from a social scientific engagement with algorithmic accountability or from a science and engineering engagement with reproducibility. For researchers from Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland Linas covers all fees and a stipend. For researchers from elsewhere, the DTP can provide can provide both the maintenance award (approximately £15.6k per year) and a contribution to the fee of £4.5k per year. LINAS invites applicants to engage with the list of available projects or to answer the open call. Details on related projects can be found on the LINAS homepage at: https://go.qub.ac.uk/LINAS-Study You will also find a webinar recording on the LINAS homepage. Applicants are strongly encouraged to contact project leads for projects they are interested in so that they might discuss possible pathways and expectations. We anticipate a competitive field in the forthcoming round and encourage applications from the strongest applicants and so encourage early engagement. Tra i progetti disponibili ve ne è anche uno da me sviluppato dal titolo "Algorithmic Decision Making and Online Content Moderation: Devising Technological and Regulatory Solutions to Preserve Fundamental Rights Online".
