Philippe, that may be true, but is not the point - which for me is that neither the HRC nor the UN General Assembly have adopted the conclusions of the report. La versione del rapporto disponibile a questo link è la A/HRC/14/23 datata 20 aprile 2010. La versione disponibile a questo link http://torrentfreak.com/un-disconnecting-file-sharers-breaches-human- rights-110603 (versione A/HRC/17/27 datata 16 maggio 2011) è molto meglio. In effetti in questa, a differenza dell'altra, si parla di file sharing e di altre cose interessanti. Spero che la versione effettivamente approvata sia la A/HRC/17/27 e sul sito ohchr.org siano solo un po' lenti ad aggiornare le pagine.
