Hi all,
Please find the final version of the Washington Declaration, now open
for signature.

This is now a public document. We will put out a press release tonight
or tomorrow. Feel free to blog now. Feel free to share with lists and otherwise
promote.
Signing now will help get a critical mass of names to kick it off.
The next two weeks we will be doing TPP specific outreach and hope to
get a large number of signatures before the negotiation ends. Please help.
