La vicenda è reale ed è in corso un accertamento del Garante. Sono questi i casi in cui emerge la rilevanza della c.d. collective data protection, in cui decisioni ad impatto esteso sui cittadini dovrebbero seguire iter trasparenti e partecipativi. There’s also the small detail that for this operation IBM will be incentivised with 60 Million Euros, 30 from the Lombardy Region (where Milano is) and 30 more from MISE, the Ministry for Economic Development. ----
