- *ENGLISH BELOW* - Gentilissim*, Siamo lieti di condividere la notizia della call per la seconda edizione della "School on Digital Constitutionalism" che si terrà a Firenze *da lunedì 26 a mercoledì 28 giugno 2023*. La Summer School è organizzata congiuntamente dall'Università di Firenze, dall'European University Institute (Firenze), dall'Università "Bocconi" (Milano) e dalla Católica Global School of Law (Lisbona). La Scuola è coordinata dai Proff. Andrea Simoncini, Giovanni Sartor, Oreste Pollicino, Amnon Reichman, Hans W. Micklitz, Erik Longo e Giovanni De Gregorio. La Summer School è già alla sua seconda edizione e, per la prima volta, si svolgerà in presenza. E' stata ideata nel contesto delle attività del gruppo di ricerca IACL su “Algorithmic State, Market and Society”, lanciato in occasione della conferenza inaugurale “Constitutional Challenges in the Algorithmic Society” tenutasi presso l'Università di Firenze e l'EUI a maggio 2019. Quest'anno, la Summer School sarà focalizzata sui temi dell'extraterritorialità e della sovranità digitale the topic of extraterritoriality and digital sovereignty. Il lunedì si aprirà con una sessione inaugurale comprendente una keynote lecture e un panel di alto profilo. Nei giorni di martedì e mercoledì si terranno due lezioni della lunghezza di un'ora e mezza la mattina, nonché un workshop di due ore nel pomeriggio, all'interno del quale saranno discussi i contributi dei partecipanti rinfreschi e cena. The School is jointly hosted by the University of Florence (Italy), the European University Institute (Florence, Italy), Bocconi University (Milan, Italy), and Católica Global School of Law (Lisbon, Portugal). The School is coordinated by Profs. Andrea Simoncini, Giovanni Sartor, Oreste Pollicino, Amnon Reichman, Hans W. Micklitz, Erik Longo and Giovanni De Gregorio. The School is already at its second edition and, for the first time, it will be held in person. It has been conceived within the framework of the activities of the IACL research group on “Algorithmic State, Market and Society” which has been launched during the inaugural conference on “Constitutional Challenges in the Algorithmic Society” held at the University of Florence and EUI in May 2019. This year, The School will focus on the topic of extraterritoriality and digital sovereignty. On Monday, we will open with a keynote speaker and your high-level panel. Then, on Tuesday and Wednesday, we will host two lectures of one hour and half in the morning and then a workshop of two hours in the afternoon with the participants on their contributions.
