La discrezionalità è però piuttosto ampia. "Sufficient " compare 4 volte, come in
"Human privacy, dignity, freedom, autonomy, and rights should be sufficiently respected."

Suppongo che i diritti umani siano sempre "sufficientemente rispettati". Possiamo stare tranquilli...
